GENE SIMMONS "FAMILY JEWELS SAISON 3    Of very good audiences!!!

The distribution of the season 3 of "Family Jewels" has just begun on March 11th of this year in the USA on the channel A&E. The good scores of audience make that a season 4 is very likely. As Gene Simmons will spend a good part of this year on roads with Kiss. It would be possible strongly that this season 4 of "Family Jewels" delivers us some images shocks of the world tour of Kiss over this year of 2008

A single question: will Paul Stanley come in this new season?

Knowing that Paul did not prefer to show himself until now, this in spite of several calls " of the foot " of Gene Simmons.

This below here is the campaign of display concerning the launch of the season 3 of "Family Jewels".

Gene does not still make in lace.....

A few Kisstory...

In the perspective of the next tour, it is maybe good and interesting to to remind certain facts in the long career of the band.

By evoking KISS, we make at once reference to the mythical group of the 70s. Certainly, the group exploded and was known about this period. However, by bending over the figures of the sales of tickets, we notice that the last tours compete( Even exceed) with the figures of the hours of glory known in the 70s.

We also notice that KISS rose much more time on scene during his last tours than those of the debuts.

It gives an even more developing dimension for the last tours of the group. Then quid of this next tour " Alive / 35 World Tour 2008 "? It will certainly be necessary to wait for the end of the year to have a complete sight.

To date, we can suppose all the same that the tour of this year could again make climb a level superior to the group. Considering the Australian and New Zealand influxes ... it is about inofficielle estimation and I held only the lowest figures... see thus no subjective side there where I would have inflated figures artificially... Melbourne: 50 ' 000 persons, Brisbane: 12 ' 000 (sold-out ) Sydney: 15 ' 000, Wellington : 24'000

.. We reach a total of 101 ' 000 persons in 4 shows!!! Let be an average furthermore of 25 ' 000 persons by show!!!

To see the size of  theater  and European sold-out which already fell this day, we realize that the European part has all the chances to become the tour of all the records for KISS. It has already begun with sales supersonic of tickets in Scandinavia!!! Here is a reminder, in the chronological order, the main tours marking out the history of the group.

...One thank you to Tristan to have gathered the figures which follow!

... I added some ones also!:

Kiss Tour ' 73-' 74: 2'600 spectators, 84 concerts

Dressed To Kill Tour ' 75: 6’000 spectators, 72 concerts

Alive! Tour ' 75-' 76: 7'300  spectators ,87 concerts

Destroyer tour ' 76: 11'100 spectators, 67concerts

love Gun tour ' 77: 9'500  spectators, 32 concerts

Alive II tour ' 77-' 78: 13'500 spectators, 52 concerts

Dynasty tour ' 79: 10'500 spectators, 79 concerts

Creatures Of The Night tour ' 82-' 83: 5'300 spectators1, 52 concerts

Lick It Up Tour ' 83-' 84: 5'050 spectators, 93 concerts

Hot In The Shade tour ' 90: 6'600 spectators,124 concerts

Revenge tour ' 92: 5 ' 000 spectators, 77 concerts

Reunion tour ' 96-' 97: 13 ' 700 spectators, 192 concerts

Psycho Circus tour ' 98-' 99: 12'800 spectators, 62 concerts

Farewell tour ' 00: 10'300 spectators,142 concerts .

Two precision about this history of the main tours:

- " Creatures Of The Night tour ' 82-' 83 " does not include 3 Brazilian shows, what would have made still climbed average!

- during the Psycho "Circus tour ' 98-' 99 ", average of the spectators in Europe had been 10'500 persons by show.

Last word, or rather last figures for those who like that

...with the quite last show in their active person this day, on March 22nd, 2008 in Wellington, KISS officially rose on scene for the 1951th of its history.

The show of Wellington filmed !

The show of Wellington (New Zealand) was filmed for a future exploitation in DVD.

This 4th concert after the 3 Australian shows took place in front of meadows of 24 000 persons!

The Stadium however not being " sold out " (capacity 30 000).

Let us note the absence of " C'mon and love me" in set list, which damage.

KISS "ALIVE 35" vs ACE FREHLEY "ROCKET RIDE 2008" .

Small comparative degree between the tour 2008 of KISS and that of Ace Frehley.

KISS adds up at the moment 35 concerts (3 in Australia, 1 in New Zealand and 31 in Europe), as for Ace, he is also 35 concerts there!

Even if the influx is not the same, for a very good reason, Kiss playing in stadiums and Ace in clubs, proof if it is there that we decided on both sides to beat the iron as long as it is warm.

In other words that the race is launched between "SpaceMan" and KISS!

This later, the updated tour of Ace Frehley:

Would Paul Stanley's concerts with Kiss be counted??

For 12 pm, many fans of Kiss throughout the world are on the boil! Why? For the next world tour of Kiss which is going to begin within some hours now?

No! Simply further to an interview given by Paul stanley where this last one declares that he could leave the group in the years to come!

Paul declared " nobody in Kiss is irreplaceable, not even I "!. It is the real small bomb which has just launched our "starchild"! He says " Kiss is a philosophy, a state of mind " and what there has been already within the group, several changes without that the quality of its music is altered.

Paul also asserts that it is necessary to know how to put aside its ego, and want that the best for Kiss. It seems that since his recent cardiac problem, which dates the last summer, Paul Stanley's priorities are not any more the same. It is necessary to say that Paul never left, his vocal qualities and of showman being unanimously recognized in the rock planet.

At the moment, there isn't Gene Simmons's reaction  in the comments of Paul.
